World-renowned decorative painter Priscilla Hauser was on hand to judge the FolkArt HD painting contest sponsored by Plaid and open exclusively to members of the Society of Decorative Painters (SDP). With a total of 662 entrants, Priscilla, as well as the staff at Plaid, were overwhelmed with the enthusiasm, creativity and talent displayed by the painting submissions. Judging was tough but in the end, Stacia Alexander, Ft Wayne, IN was our Grand Prize winner of $500. She is a member of Three Rivers Decorative Artists SDP Chapter.
